Immediate Payment: All payments must be completed at the time of purchase.
Security: We do not store your credit/debit card or banking details.
UPI Protocol: For all payments made via UPI, a screenshot of the successful transaction must be shared with us via WhatsApp at +91 9130078000 to initiate order processing. Failure to provide proof of payment may result in delays or order cancellation.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Delivery: Delivery timelines vary based on your location and the courier partner.
Shipping Fees: Applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds

Reporting Period: If you find a discrepancy or defect in the product, you must notify us within 07 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
Process: Please contact our support team at aarshascreation@gmail.com before returning any items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment method only after we have received and inspected the returned product.
